Indeed. The year 2007 feels great and refreshing. I just realised that new teachers does not mean that they are BAD teachers (My new Higher Chinese teacher seems* [Note the emphasis on SEEMS ] ). For the first time since never, I have started to enjoy school and NP; Although busy but challenging. Bad news for me though, I just got informed that if I do not score an A for my normal Chinese O level then I will be forced to drop HCL in Secondary 4. Why do my school set extremely high standards for students? It completely stresses out the pupil (Like what I am feeling right now), but on the other hand it motivates or forces certain* students to work even harder. Well in order for me to achieve that standard of Chinese, I decided to read and speak more Chinese. Daily reading of mandarin newpapers is a very good start for a lazy human being like myself.





Being Chinese, I feel that we should not suck in Mandarin. In my opinion, it should be our best subject. Chinese getting so important these days that even the government became so desperate that they came out with " Hua Yu Cool! " campaign. I love the government, they are soooooo concern about the future generations. Personally, I do not really think "Hua Yu Cool!" thing is going to work; students who hates Chinese will NEVER find that subject "Cool". Seriously, we should all get started on improving our Chinese language, even "AngMohs" are learning Chinese and some are already better than us.





Oh I forgot to mention, I am the Monitor of Class 3F. The last time I was a monitor was in Primary 2 and I could remember being so proud of myself. I also love my childhood very much. There are a total of 3 Monitors in 3F and obviously we all know who is the best, the egoistic but confident ME.





I just finished watching Death Note 1 (The movie) that I downloaded on Bit Torrent. That movie is brillant and I have to agree with my friends that it is better that the manga itself. The characters look better on paper than on the big screen; Light looks like a guy with perma - constipation while L looks like a pale retard. No offence though to the actors who acted as them. Oh ya, only Misa looks better on the big screen.
