12th February 2007

A maths is so difficult for me that my Dad signed me up for tuition recomended by my aunt.

The tuition teacher there is very helpful and I gotta say I benefited quite a bit. Although the

tuition centre is actually in her messy house, I don't really mind because she's good. Fuck

Logarithms...

Been surfing around in the BoB forum ( BrotherHood Of The Box, a forum for Singaporean

Xbox owners. ) and I've just purchased 2 second-hand games at $35 each. Why didn't I think of

buying second-hand games before? I feel so stupid now....:/

Well the top 2 students in my school both got 9 A1s. The sad thing is that both of them are

China scholars. Don't get me wrong I'm not a china-student-hater but I just feel that local

students should work harder. Maris Stella High School is a Singapore school but ironically

students who top the school are from China. On the other hand, I'm impressed with the China

students. They totally 100% deserve the results that they get because of the amount of effort

they put in. At least they did the school proud. Mentioning about O levels, I'll be taking my

Chinese paper later this year (Arrghhh!!!). The path to success is often blocked with obstacles,

to overcome them you gotta try your really best and practice self control.

Had a interesting learning journey to mosque in Bishan. Going to a mosque for cultural

learnings is way better than going to the Zoo or the Bird Park. I feel so smart already. I know

that there 30 chapters in the Quran, Muslims don't eat pork and Halal means not allowed. Went

to J8 after the learning journey with Shawn and a bunch of 3F classmates. I was supposed to eat
dinner with them but to save money I just ate dessert. While the rest were eating, I simply just

hung around J8 with Shawn. After "retarded window shopping" I went home together with

Sennett.

I got 2 tickets for the ' Fall Out Boy Infinity on High ' concert and I'll be going with Shawn. 1

ticket cost $75 so it'll be a birthday present to him. The concert is a 1-night-only and will be held

on 3rd March at the Expo. Looking forward to an enjoyable time. (BTW photographing is

allowed so I'll take pictures to post here XD)

Guess what I'm selected to be Guard Of Honour for the NPCC Day parade. Actually I'm gonna
be flag bearer while the rest of the selected will do rifle. At least I get to learn new flag drills

instead of doing boring rifle drills (I'm just saying that to comfort myself).
