Holidays are almost over. These few days had been very "sian" for me because NP all the way. Hmm let me put it in this way, 7.30am NP start 5.30pm end then go home and the same thing next day. I still cannot believe my squad has become that lousy as what CI Melvin said. He also said that we used to have potential to shine but now we are potentially hopeless. I felt so sad and ashamed. He said we have no sense of urgency, shitty uniform and crappy drills. He also said if we continued to slack, we will not be able to take over the unit next year instead the CIs will be the NCOs. Tiring day. Tiring day. Tiring day. [ By the way, Andrew and Rapheal have both become CIs ] CI Melvin separated us into two groups today. One group contained cadets that have shitty uniform and the other group contained cadets that slightly better uniform [ I was in the 1st group -.- ]. I was surprised to see CI Melvin scolding the 2nd group instead.[ A.K.A enthu - kias ] They did not teach us [ lazy cadets] to polish our boots and belt properly so they received punishment [ LOL ^ ^ ]. After Lunch, we all gathered at the Grand Stand to teach each other to polish boots and belt. Kaes enough with the bullshit, the point is that CI Melvin wanted us to realise that we are a squad not selfish individuals. We help our squadmates and they help us. As little as this incident can be, it still left a permanent mark in my heart.
Enough with the boring stuff. Lets talk about Christmas! The birth date of Jesus Christ! Christmas is all about giving. As the saying goes '' What goes up....MUST come down! '' [Lol joking] The real one is '' It is better to give than to receive ! '' What makes a meaningful Christmas ? Receiving tons of presents? Donating millions to charity ? Clubbing till u are fking drunk ? For me I think the time u spent with family and friends. Since Christmas is all about giving, I think its high time someone gave me a present!
I attended my Church's Christmas celebration at DownTown East last Saturday. It was held in a ballroom [ Something like in a wedding ] so its was quite formal. I wore a black QuikSilver shirt with Levi's jeans. My sister was wearing a very revealing dress or skirt or blouse [ I have no idea !! ] although she has no chest. The food was terrible, the worse 8 course meal I have ever had [ Even worse than the 80th Anniversay Dinner ]. There were lucky draws and unfortunately I did not win anything. The ending of the dinner was quite weird....
Erm my Log Cake. = )
The banner reads '' Geylang Chinese Methodist Church CHRISTMAS GALA NITE ''
After toasting and the no one wants to eat the shitty food so everyone all go hang out in the toilet.
Balloons!!!
That guy in blue [ next to the tree ] was staring unbelievably at his food and saying '' I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! ''
Thats me with ''The Finger"
